The staff was amicable and fixed my issues. I loved the room; it was compact and included a good bathroom and a fridge. The location was magnificent - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

My recent stay at Troyka Hotel was absolutely fantastic! I stayed for 3 nights with my friends and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 10-minute walk from the main tourist area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hot showers had great water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful information about the area. The wifi was perfect, allowing us to stream movies without any issues. Plus, the room with three beds was exactly what we needed - spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was also delicious.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a great location to many attractions during my recent stay at Troyka. It was amazingly near St. Basil's Cathedral and Red Square, making it convenient to explore the city. I also appreciated the nearby Starbucks and Brasserie for quick meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was grateful for the luggage storage and drinking water dispenser provided. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

We were greeted with two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape, just a short walk to all the main attractions. Our room had a beautiful view and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

It's situated right in the heart of the city, directly down into the restaurant-filled streets and within easy walking distance of all the tourist spots. And the breakfast, with a view on the Red Square, is simply fantastic.
